    From the UK & ordered my CDX3000 in March also by credit card. Have today got an email advising that they have shipped the bike today. I expect to see the cost on my next credit card bill as not been charged so far.

    Thanks! This helped. I have been trying to keep track of the status of my order by asking if my payment has been received by rose, and they said they have nothing in their records. I am assuming this is because they state they charge the credit cards after dispatch.

    How close was your shipment date to their estimate?

    Order place for a Rose Xeon CDX 3100 Di2 today in matte and blue.
    Didn't stray too far from default spec changed the following:-

    Shimano Ultegra 52/36 with 11-32 cassette
    Selle Italia Flite Team Edition saddle
    Flexlogic Carbon seatpost
    Fizik microtek gelpad with gel pad matte black bar tape
    Shimano PD-A600 pedal

    Now the waiting! (Something I'm not good at!)
    Also made sure I changed the brake so rear on left!

    They quoted 12 weeks but have shipped in 10 weeks.

    Now, that is nice. I'm not usually a fan of white paint schemes but that looks very good.

    Blimey, had thought that torque settings would have been marked on the frame or in a manual with the bike. My bike's on its way & torque wrench ready. Looking forward to answers on this thread....

    Still waiting for mine to clear; apparently they are 'quarantined' for 21 days to allow for your right to return the bike to expire.
    Just checked the shipping status for my CDX3000 and it reads that the bike is in the local Parcel Force depot and "Loaded onto the van for delivery", Yahooo.......... :lol:
    That Rose torque wrench(up to about 24Nm) is sold under several names and Giant charge about twice the price. I got the version badged Mighty & it checks out nicely against a Ritchey pre-set 5Nm key at that setting. Seems very good value for the money.
    Our weather forecast is for at least four consecutive rainy days :cry: . I'm only a fair-weather rider. Might get it waxed so that it's easier to clean in future. No polish as that is ever-so-slightly abrasive.
    Anyone know where you can get the yellow spacers to put in the disc calipers when working on the brakes please? Bike's here now and the yellow spacer(and a red one) are with it.

    DT Swiss Thru-bolt fittings on disc-braked road bikes. Can someone clarify if these simply turn to tighten like a nut or do they turn & then have a cam action to lock the lever as a regular quick-release does please? If no cam action how do you know it is tight enough? :?:

    It doesn't say anything on the CDX frame.

    Ordered a CGF-3000 at the end of March and it was shipped yesterday. Hoping for delivery before the weekend....

    Mine was shipped last Wednesday and arrived this morning. Several holes in the box but bike OK. Presume that damage done by Parcel Force as they did not flag any damage when they got it. They have a shipping option for that...

    Apparently there was a mistake in my payment method and it was switched to "cash before delivery" instead of "credit card"... I am trying to resolve the issue and get my card charged so they can ship my bike!
    Since I live in the USA the 7 hour time difference makes communication difficult. I am going to have to call them tomorrow to expedite the process.

    Hey sophidog, how much pre-warning / notification did you get that it was arriving yesterday? I will be tracking my delivery via Parcelforce, but just wondered how accurate their delivery date forecast was?

    If you click on the link that they send you when they ship it, it will tell you exactly where it is. The final stage is out for delivery. That means by the end of the day you will have a shiny new bike, it's the most exciting day ever, I had to wait till 5.30 pm for mine to turn up.

    Thanks. According to the Parcelforce tracker page it's been in "KOLN IFS" for the past 30 hours. No movement at all.
