I spoke to Rose and they still reckon my bike is due week 27/28, which is start of July.
When did you place your order, and which model did you choose?
I've gone for an x-lite 3000 (ordered on the 31st May).
I ordered my Xlite crs 3100 on May 23rd. The estimated assembly date was June 1st and the status changed on the 2nd. I am hoping it will be shipped early next week.
I ordered a second bike for my father and his took 1 week to change from assembly to shipped.
I am in the U.S. So shipping will take longer than 6days, but I don't know how much longer.0 -

Thanks for the info.
I live on a Scottish island. Delivery time to here will be longer than 6 days.0 -
I didn't order a road bike - I'm getting a Granite Chief, however, I imagine the whole order system is the same.
I ordered on 13th May, with my ETA of 8th July.
I expect the date given will be the actual date.0 -

I made a mistake... I said I ordered on May 23rd when I actually ordered on March 23rd. My fathers bike has been shipped just a couple of days late. Mine will most likely ship next week.0 -
Frame numbers. Have recently got the CDX-3000 and am wondering about the frame number. There are two stickers(paper/plastic), one on the down tube and the other on the bottom bracket. Is either of these the frame number does anyone know please? Doesn't seem very permanent really. On the seat tube is an R properly embossed into the carbon fibre but nothing else.Road: Rose CDX-3000 Cannondale CAADX 105 2011

Absolutely beautifully!
My other bike's a Planet X XLS, I thought the Rose would be much harder and rougher but it's so much better.
The hearings awesome, the brakes are better than the BB7s.
Did 33 miles yesterday, was such a pleasure...looking forward to the commute on it tomorrow!0 -
My bike has been shipped! DHL estimates it will arrive Monday! Pictures will follow! I can't wait!0

Oh, the wait is getting too much.
The various new images just make it worse. Can't wait until I need to get the camera (with its new lens) out to take a photo of my new Rose.
Status now shows "In back order" Delivery time estimated - 2 weeks.
In view of comments above, any guesses how long from "In back order" to " being prepared for assembly". It implies to me that it's not even close, and therefore 2 weeks is wildly out as a delivery estimate. There's no such thing as too old.0 -

Those two weeks are until your bike is preparing for assembly. Then the bike takes about a weekend before it is prepared for shipment. Then a couple of days until you get an email confirmation with a tracking number for the shipment.
So overall I would say you're looking at around 3 weeks before the status shown shipping.
This was my experience and mine is in transit from Germany to the U.S. As we speak.0 -
Thanks for that. Shame if it turns out to be 3 weeks...I have an event on 5 July and it would have been good to have it arrive during the previous week. There's no such thing as too old.0

My X-Lite Team 3100 is nearly here:
shipping status: in backorder
expected delivery date: in approx. 1 week
Longest 11 weeks of my life!!!
I've upgraded the wheels to DA24s, which I did after the initial order and was easy enough (and I haven't been charged for them yet?!). They're going straight onto my other bike to make way for the Wheelsmith Aero 38s that arrived last week0 -

Got Xeon RS frameset from them. Really impressed by their service, taking my request for the normal seatpost topper, the 120mm stem, low stack headset cover and Pressfit to GXP BB (installed), and delivered within 2 weeks. I have gone from a low end carbon frame to this high end alloy frame, all parts much the same, and so happy with it. Don't want to go into all the cliches around frame performance, compliance etc, just very glad I made the switch and feel it was money well spent. Only gripe is the post's clamping mechanism to the saddle, has slipped a few times on bumps, even though max torque and carbon paste.0

Seriously not happy now!

I think so too. I actually think they saw my birthday (15/06) on my account details and managed to get it out early0 -
Got an email on the 11th June saying bike in assembly then a further mail on the 12th June saying bike has shipped. Received it today. Ordered on the 13 April. A Xeon Team CGF 3100 in matt black/blue. Loving it.0

It's here . My Rose X-Lite Team 3100, with DA C24s.
I've only had time for a 5 mile shakedown but it's as I'd hoped. My Felt Z35 is a more relaxing ride, but the Rose is very direct, more reactive, and feels much stiffer out of the saddle - the down tube is much beefier than the photos suggest. The comfort is a pleasant surprise, especially given how plush the Felt is as my comparison.
Needless to say - it's soooo light!
Set up out of the box was really easy - 30 mins or so - even for a kack-handed bloke who takes his bikes to the LBS for pretty much everything. Delivery date was exactly as they said (but that was 11 weeks ago, grrr).
I'll post some more pics once the Aero 38s are on it, and a more detailed review after a few proper rides, but so far, so good0 -

I hope mine is as light as that when it (eventually) arrives. Must ride like you're on air, what with the wheels at the topThere's no such thing as too old.0 -
Very interested in getting a Rose. I am just wondering how amenable they are to selling a bike without wheels, and specifying certain parts like stem length and crank length? Any had any experiences like that? Thank you.0

As far as the wheels go, I couldn't see a way to specify none at all, so eBay is your friend to sell them?
Everything else is completely configurable, go and have a play on their site. I narrowed the bars, switched to a 52/36 chainset, changed the bar tape, and changed the wheels and tyres. They delivered exactly what I specced.0 -
What type of bottom bracket use the X lite crs??
Thanks and sorry for my English0 -
I've got an X-Lite CRS-3000 due in a couple of weeks. Status has just changed to 'Parts being prepared for assembly'. Ordered on 7th May. I'll post pics etc when received.0
