Excellent banner next to the first KOM point.

Excellent! Was FF holding it? :)

No, his banner would have said 'dance with me'.

Jens is taking this seriously, it's a bit more than getting some TV time.

Never seen so much of the road barriered off, is this because Brits don't know how to behave on the roadside?

I love Jens. It would be great to see him take the stage. Can't see it happening, but it would be awesome for him.

Well he's already grimacing. Not sure he can keep that up for 100km, unless it's his tribute to Wallace.

I think Jens fancies some polka dots.

also I reckon FF would add a little 'x x' to the end of his banner ;)

I don't think Brits know how to behave full stop.

I think it's more to do with the size of the crowds, they're rarely this big going through random villages in France. With it being 3-4 deep through the villages the inclination would be to push forward. It's also possibly down to us being a bit more H&S conscious than our continental cousins given the huge number of vehicles that precede and follow the race.

Haven't figured out how to do charts and such, I don't work with spreadsheets so this doesn't come naturally to me.

Here's the picks for today's stage...
