    Proper racing roads these - narrow, twisty and either up or down all the way. I reckon some they have already been up would be categorised on a mid race stage.

    Twitter is driving me mental - all the bleating about an ad break while they were in 'my village' and telling itv to sort their cameras. It's a 3 week race paid for by advertising and itv just borrow the French feed.

    They wanted that one. If that's the crowd on a 4th cat I can't imagine what Holme Moss and some of the bigger 3rd cat climbs will be like!
