I make it clear that anyone causing me to miss any significant action during the 3 week period will pay for it over the subsequent weeks.

Poc are sort of the Rapha of sports protection stuff (helmets, goggles, pads etc...). Good stuff but very expensive and usually with some...erm...unique designs. I think they re sweedish

I'm in here in spirit, but my mind is in France. I've done next to know work and kicked off if anyone has passed any my way.

Still on Canadians, Hesjedal is a fool. Why would you want to go solo this far out?

    Because today is the Redonkathon.

    What's Redonkathon?

According to Millar, its what Hesjedal has been calling this stage for weeks:

    David Millar ‏@millarmind 18h

So, forget about today, @ryder_hesjedal has been referring to tomorrow's stage 19 as "THE REDONKATHON" since Corsica. That means very hard.

    Two join forces behind Hesjedal
Rolland has caught and passed Izaguirre and the former leader of the climbing classification now has Hesjedal ahead... The Canadian is 11km from the top of the col de la Madeleine.

Tuft in a crash: but riding again...
Svein Tuft has been involved in a big crash but the Canadian is back on his bike after the incident on the descent of the Glandon.

    How's the Glandon?

Apart from one chute, and Bauer quitting, neither of which we have seen, all is quiet.

I meant after being hit with Svein Tuft
Hurt by his mahoosive 74kg bulk? Nah.

    From twitter -

Paramedics were pulling Bauer off the fence. Thick blood was pouring out of his mouth. He was silent and cradled his head in his hands.
