I was hoping Nieve or Riblon (if he's able to!) would try to get in the break to get the HC points and take the polka dots jersey. Riblon isn't far behind at all after his points yesterday.0

And we're off
Really lovely scenic shots through here.0 -
Is that the 4th carrot to have jumped off the front along with Johnny H?0

You think Quintana will settle for second place? Or is it worth having another serious go at Froome to ramp up the pressure ahead of Annecy-Semnoz? Who knows how solid a 5 min+ gap is in cycling's Age of Aquarius?...a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0 -
I just ran to the pub over the road to use their wi-fi to set my Sky +.

Even if Froome had a mare, he'd lose between 2-3 minutes at most. He won't have 2 mares (I confidently predict).
One on one, Froome remains a strongr rider than Quintana.0 -
Le Mevel get's a Cofidis noticed by being the first to go out the back of the peloton on the climb.0

Love this wee descent on the Glandon.
The wee ramp after the wee bridge is the graveyard or rear mechs from unprepared Marmotters0 -
Some of the names in the second group...
De Marchi (CAN), Bak (LTB), Bakelants (RTL), Kadri and Riblon (ALM), Hernandez and Paulino (TST), Costa and Plaza (MOV), Coppel (COF), Cunego and Serpa (LAM), Gesink (BEL) and Millar (GRS)...
There are three men ahead of this group: Izaguirre (EUS), Hesjedal (GRS) and Cousin (EUC).0 -
Damn phone calls. I should just refuse to answer my phone while the Tour is on!Correlation is not causation.0
