Hope that Sky rider in the crash just behind Froome wasn't Geraint.

    OPQS blew that massively.
Great sprint from Kittel but no way Cav should have lost that.

We've seen Greipel do it last year. I have said for a while now Mark wouldn't have it all his own way, but I thought he had that in the bag. Be interesting to see what Cav says in his post-race interview.

Did you see the Argos man move from the back of the bunch to the fron to do 15 more seconds on the front? Epic ride by that man, may have made the cm-difference too!

    EBH looking broken

    Kittel very strong!

That was a bad pile up. EBH looks in a bad way. Greipel was also involved, fall was within 3km

Argos-Shimano are probably relishing being the underdogs. Great effort from them!

Whats the protocol with the last guy in the sprint train, do they sit up which is the signal for the sprinter to go, or do they hammer it and the sprinter chooses when to pop out? Or a bit of both? Presumably they have worked out the chainage at which to make the final charge?

Great sprint from Kittel. Fair and square.
  • As i said in another post, Cav is finished. That sprint proved it, Kittel won by half a wheel length and he cant b*tch about it being a poor lead out or pjss being thrown at him. Even Griepel crashed to give Cav a chance and yet he's still be done.

Kittel is awesome this year. Hope the crash hasn't caused too much damage. Always the worst thing to see in a race.

    King Kittel.
Looks as if EBH could be badly hurt with possible collar bone damage.
