what's that on Chavenal's right shin?

    A tattoo. Frenchie loves it!

Hi, thanks. I couldn't tell if it was a tattoo, a bruise, or some dirt. What's it a tattoo of?

    His leg.

He has a tattoo of his leg on his leg. Kind of like the drums in the Seven Nation Army music video.

It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.

My oversized thanks you and agrees to disagree.

Right this is it... the next hour or so should be interesting in terms of GC placings...

Purito only 47" down at the first check point... better than I expected.

It's funny - I think it would say 'Kask!' if I hit that stupid helmet off Froome.

What's the time cut if Martin's time stands as fastest (it will)?

He said he moved for money. He is not that young and so I don`t blame him. Easier life as well.

DId they ride this course when he was Sky then? After the same workload? And with him being the same age and with the same mileage in his legs?

You really are priceless, you just can't help yourself.

Contador only 25s down, that's decent.

Looking at Porte's time, you'd expect Froome to be clocking about 37:20.
    I'm going for sub 37.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Sorry, are you referring to stage 19 of the 2012 tour where he finished 53rd at 5' 55"?
    Or stage 9 - 27th at 3' 20"?

Yep but I think the later checks will tell us more about how he's going, wouldn't be the first one today to drop off significantly in the latter part of the course!
