Time gaps are very small for the bigger teams. The French teams really need to work on their TTT.

So glad Sky did not pip that with their domestiques...they should be well down if normality was there. No idea who they are placing where they are.

Saxo showing everyone they have a strong squad and I hope they pound Sky inside out in the mountains also. Much talk about Contador being whacked due to that last TT performance and much talk about Saxo hiring bad guys.

Happy they didnt pip the Quick Step boys though.

You mean Sky with their 2 team pursuit Olympic gold medallists, Froome and Porte who have both won or finished high up in TTs in the past? Not a surprise is it?

The commentary at the finish reminds me of the Giro TT uphill finish, they never seem to be able to work out the distance left to cover, so it sounds way closer than it is. (I know 6 seconds is close). But the way Kirby goes on it sounded like SaxoTinkoff were smashing it

FF- domestiques including Stannard, Kiri, suitsov, EBH, Kennaugh and Porte. 4 guys known as massive engines, a gold medal pursuit rider, winner of Paris-Nice TT, plus Froome. Normality? Behave!
