They dont like push back and being challenged. They readily turn to the label 'fanboys' even with those people with whom they've usually interacted relatively reasonably. So now they'll use a handy label of Sky 'truthers' - cos they can then dismiss the questions/challenges to their own minds and amongst themselves.

Yeah... it was pretty stupid to think otherwise I guess. Not worried about the 'losing' of the battle, it's just that getting drawn into discussions with these cretins makes you realise that the world has more morons in it then I previously thought. I'm a teacher, so generally have a positive view of humanity and the future, but engaging with the tweatniks makes me feel old, and bitter. What an utter waste of energy.

The only reason i'm still doing it is so that hopefully (and it's a forlorn hope, I know) people like David Walsh and Fran Millar come to realise that there are real fans in the world who don't throw crap for the sake of it and want to watch great, clean cycling and read well written balanced articles...
The reality is that cyclismas is probably the foremost fans website at the moment which is so unbelievably depressing!We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

I've decided i'm too rational for twitter, it seems only the shoutiest people or most extreme views get noticed.
I find myself having to stop myself from responding to some of the idiotic people on there. It's like a car crash, you know it's going to be ugly but you can't stop yourself from looking (or un-following).

Good, I need substituting at the moment
2 days of discussion and the Twaliban have yet to offer up a single peice of evidence as to why sky require so much extra suspicion that an other team, require suspicion at all or why the questions that they ask sky do not also apply to every single other ProTour team, except much more so.
