    Indeed.

Rather appreciate the image of literally being caught with the needle in your arm....

Guess it's kinda hard to run (or ski) in that situation.

  • i bet theres a whole bunch of others worried now too. Possibly checking how their doctors are feeling and wondering if they'd be able to testify.

Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.

The cops should have filmed him for a bit and then pretended that they weren't really cops and this was just a prank to look at his relief and then arrest him.

Austrian media reported the two athletes from the home country who were caught up in the doping raid were Max Hauke and Dominik Baldauf - both of whom are cadets in the Austrian police.

    Double ouch

Still shows that if you want to catch dopers you need the police involved.

They were just doing their civic duty and giving blood surely? You could get a photo of me a few times a year at the local village hall looking like that.

    And now this:

Why are they drug testing in bridge? Are they going to start testing at the bingo next?

I'm fairly sure there are drugs that will help you play bridge better, but it's madness to test for anything that isn't performance enhancing in any particular "sport".

Am I correct in saying that the UK police would not get involved as part of any 'sporting fraud' in the same way, as it's not actually a criminal thing to be doing ?

Thanks to our wonderful government it’s all the police can do to keep on top of terrorism, paedophiles and knife crime. I doubt people who cheat at grown up PE are high on the list of priorities.

Sorry that's hate speech against our police. The police are coming to to get you.

One of the Estonian's gave an interview

    Interesting listen - https://fasterskier.com/fsarticle/nordi ... -tammjarv/

Very much still dealing with being caught, shades of David Millar about his reaction.

It's also interesting that the skiers appear to infuse on the morning of the race and then remove it afterwards in order not to trigger any bio-passport irregularities. Obviously this wouldn't work in the GT...
