Breach of contract as presumably they'll have signed some anti-doping clause?
You'd have to be a weapons grade moron to sign a contract with such a clause when Bruyneel is involved.
He's a Schleck I thought clauses like that were standard in cycling though?0 -
Has anyone got a link to some info on how its used to mask the micro-epo dosing part of a blood transfusion doping strategy?? (if this is the case, its been mentioned).0

I doubt it's required. You'd just use EPO I/V and your body would flush it within 12 hours with a bit of water.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -

So generally, you'd take the risk that you wouldn't get tested in those 12 hours, not use a masking agent, and run away if the testers turned up too early?
Do you have any estimates for how much quicker the EPO would be flushed from the system with the diuretic? You live and learn. At any rate, you live0 -
Aren't diuretics usually used to mask steroids which take longer to leave the body? That's what Shane Warne told me he definitely wasn't up to anyway."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Reports via Twitter now saying that Astana only want Andy and made it clear Frank wasn't part of the plan.0

Yeah. Pretty funny:
"They must understand that the Schleck duo can be a handicap for a team. Given their refusal to separate, we ended talks." (Vino)Contador is the Greatest0 -
I'm actually a fan of Andy Schleck, but the two of them as unit just make me think of these guys:
Maybe Vino put something in Frank's cool aid to get out of having to sign him. It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.0 -

Do you know I reckon that's the first time they ll have ever been told that...It's going to be interesting to see what happens now that their Sugar Daddy is screwed! We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

did anyone see Jensie being interviewed by Ned on ITV4 day before the news broke? He was saying how he believed the peleton was now clean. and then his team mate kicked him in the balls....0

Reaching straight for the Contador playbook, I see."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Jens came across as just that when interviewed on Wednesday morning. Palpaby agonising between loyalty to a team mate and a genuine abhorrence of the cycling drug culture. My heart went out to the big fella!0
