    Greipels chain broke!!! POWERHOUSE

Actually Marcato. Although am confused here.

I just want to know why he kept pedaling after the chain was broken.

Snapped or not, he wasn't catching Sagan there.

Probably because it takes a while for your brain to tell your legs to stop when you are pedalling at 150rpm.

Yep, cos it's worth sprinting in 6 minutes down

Wow, I made a joking comment about him cruising in later after crashes and you get upset. British Number One Syndrome.

Your usual response - project your own natural responses onto others

Panties still in a bunch I see.

INRNG reporting broken collarbone for Rolland.

Wow he did well riding like normal then if that is the case, he didn't seem phased in the chasing group.

Wow JVS wheeling in, what a mess!!
  • crazy stage, but that's racing I guess. Awesome win from Sagan, that boy can motor.

Looking foward to tomorrow. Think the next two weeks will be a case of who cracks first between Cadel/Wiggins.

My brother was a tennis player and we always joke about how, at Wimbledon time, they always refer to the top ranked Brit as "the British Number One" and get all worked up.

So many of these crashes are caused by people 'trying to stay safe' - irony!

Well EBH finished in the Schleck group, not sure about POrte though.

I like the interview with Zabriskie, he has a cool accent, and also avoided the cheeky (and a bit try-hard) question from the interviewer about the recent USADA rumours thus:

Interviewer: "was your performance today a response to the USADA thing?"
DZ: "Nope just plain ol' bike racing"

Yeah agreed, made it easy to spot Wiggins' whereabouts in all these wrap ups.

Sky are still leading the team competition. They had five in the front group.

So going into the second weekend and first battle of the GC contenders how does everyone see it? Evans looking good, BMC have ridden well and Evans is about the only contender not to have been held up in a crash (even those inside the last 3km). I think Evans could be in yellow by a few seconds tomorrow night but not far ahead of Wiggins.

But EBH was one of their top 3 before. Who was their 4th man, Froome?
