    Sometime early this week.

Well that's the first I've read about it. Fair enough.

It's ok, I won't take it personally, but I did reply to your initial 'Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells' post about 2 hours ago telling you.

'kin hell - he dislocated his shoulder! Pretty sure none of us would have even cycled for the next month if that had happened to us.

    When? Today?

    Sometime early this week.

[cynic hat] Amador to get busted next? [/cynic hat]

Harmon and Kelly said he had previously won a l'Avenir prologue. Dec 2010 he was mugged and left unconscious in a ditch. Nothing to do with getting busted of course, but may give some reason for why he hasn't been noticed.

Also apparently did his ankle in on stage 1 of the TdF, and finished the race 2nd last. Maybe the bad weather is bringing out the fighting spirit?

I didn't see it, sorry. My wife's downstairs baking and I've been trying to entertain our boys (4 yrs, 19 months and 6 weeks) on my own for last 3 hrs. Stressed isn't the word :(

Bruyneel doesn't think it's fair enough

He claims that he was beaten up then stabbed and had his wallet stolen by Alex Rasmussen who said that he didn't do it, he wasn't there, but he saw a big man batter Frank, and the big man ran away. The Toytown Polis, aka the UCI, believed Alex.

    Or words to that effect.

The Hog has told Frank to grow up and Frank's thrown all his toys out the pram, and retired to his fishing hut with Andy, slamming the door behind him and scaring all the fish away. He's no doubt in Andy's arms right now, sobbing his heart out.

Barnaby Riis was last seen crying with laughter.

(I couldn't ride for a fortnight last December when I had a toe nail removed. All of the pros inspire me with their determination.)

I seem to remember that the Schlecks signed 4 year contracts when they went to Leopard. Could be an verrrry long and miserable next 2.5 years for them...

I just wouldn't pick Frank for the Tour, simple as that. Don't want to race, then don't...

Ahh, it's not the same. If you were a pro and spent alot of money on doping products, why waste it by not riding!

You would have thought Schelck would have attempted to get through to the rest day.

Wasn't a bad crash. He just looked like he wanted to walk off.

    Interesting finish ahead.

Finally, first bit of cycling I have been able to watch this weekend! What an amazing weekend of heavyweight racing.

Cant wait to go over it all.

Shame Cunego lost that time yesterday, but looks like he has the courage to go for it today. Hope he holds out and is back in the mix.

Promising stuff from Henao to still be in the mix.

Rabbotini doing a great ride. Gap is staying the same, more or less.
  • Is that De Gendt in the bunch too?
