I bought a set to see how they compare with the real thing from E bay for £15.99 delivered. Arrived in 10 days, 3 sets of lenses, spare "nose bombs", nice hard case, bag and cleaning cloth, they open and close for the lens's pretty well and fit well. You can fit original oakley lenses in them so are ideal frames for the real lenses if you use them. If anyone wants the link PM me as I am quite impressed.

Can I have the link as well please? Or you could just post it here. Even the sellers name or what to search to find them would do cos eBay searches of Oakley hasn't worked for me.

I've no problem with chinese jerseys - but do we know these take out all the UVA and UVB rays ? And they wont shatter if a stone hits them ?

Isn't that just the closest ones that amaferanga could find. As opposed to dmclite's £15.99 ones?

The white frames don't look like a bad shout. I've got some spare authentic jawbone lenses about so would make a good spare pair :)

Agreed. As someone who sells binoculars for a living I can see that all the engineering is in the lenses. Copy frames will be 90% as good. And I'd not feel at all bad about buying fakes as the originals are massively over priced. I'll pay for quality, I won't pay for a brand name.

  • Bought those White ones linked up and some real fire red polarised lenses for 30. Let's hope the quality of the frames are decent enough...

  • I'd be careful if I were you guys. If the quality of the frames is anything like the usual chinese fake stuff they're not gonna last too long, the plastic is vastly inferior in quality and tends to be very brittle. I had a pair of chinese 'oakleys' on holiday, they only lasted days before they literally crumbled in my hands - the frame just broke into about 50 pieces. Son's Ray Bans have just gone the same way, after about 6 wears. Personally wouldn't risk the dollars, however cheap they are.
  • Days? Were you wearing them while boxing or something? Open > put on face > cycle a bit > take off and put in case

Can't see them just exploding just by doing that......
