Martin's popularity in France just went through the floor.

Gilbert putting everything in on the front, headwind it seems. This isn't going to last if gilbert can't pull it himself. Voekler putting some turns in too.

    Martin understandably hanging on.

The front five (technically 4 as can't see Martin doing any work) can probably descend quicker than the peleton, so it might not

Hate saying this, but its like the elephant in the room... there's something quite not right about Gilbert's stamina

Given how it is balanced with some finishes etc favouring Gilbert/Evans and some Cav I think whoever wins deserves it.

Yes. Funny as well that a few years ago he won little and complained openly about being unable to compete against doped riders. Now look at him!

Good going for Chav, without a team he still did a great job. But effectively leading out Greipel was a hard place to be in.

Good for Greipel, but he was kinda led out on that one.

Greipel I hope will be complimentary in his winner's comments.

It's still 17 - 1 though, so I'll let Cav have the last laugh

Well that all went horribly wrong for HTC.

Cavendish forced to lead Greipel out. They aren't the team they used to be.

Greipel has a gigantic mouth... like a Japanese manga character :lol: Great sprint in fairness to the guy...

Exactly, I think Griepel has some way to go before he can claim any bragging rights.

Which is why he is leaving.

Oh, and the money will come in handy too.

Well Gilbert won that one for Greipel. Inadvertently or otherwise!
