huge lead on Cunego today - any ideas if anyone in this breakaway will take the jersey off him ? 16k to go and 6:44 the gap.

Yes, it will. Schleck is in the breakaway.

AS is 20 mins down on GC. Best placed man in the break is Bakelants at a whisker under 10 mins, so the break needs to find another 3 mins to take over the yellow

Thanks, shows how much I've been following.... saw the wrong Schleck in the GC in 4th...

    :hidesheadinshame:

Well its hard to tell them apart, just watching them race sends me to sleep

I'll admit I'm dozing off on the sofa....

at last Andy Schleck seems to make a showing - obviously stung into life by the scathing comment on Bike radar yesterday :)

Yes, we have to take credit for this burst of form.

What is Monfort doing on the front? Didn't Andy Schleck ping off the front?

If being beaten up a 1st cat climb by Thomas de Gendt can be called a burst of form.

BrianS is getting quite vexed about people helping the yellow jersey.

It's modern racing, everyone protects their position rather than risking it in a do or die attempt to win.

Leopard tactically inept again today. Surely with Andy up the road Franck should have had a crack? Andy could have even engaged in his favourite past time of waiting for big bro then. Everyone racing for second rather than risking losing a place trying for the win.

Just watching yesterday's stage, saw this and, well, you know. It made me chuckle!

Funnily enough I have discovered that cycling DVDs really help our newborn to get to sleep (funny eh....) and last night we were watching the '89 tour when Millar won the stage to Superbagneres...simply magnificent.

Peloton split in 2 with 17 km to go... Thor and Sagan in G1, Cav in G2.

Rookie mistake by Mollema, caught on the wrong side of the split.

Mollema stuck in no man's land, with Voigt and Cancellara driving the bunch for Schleck... good luck with that, Bauke.

Because the TV moto was too close and helping the second group.

On a completely unrelated note, Switzerland really loves their 80s power ballads.
