It's day 1 folks and we are nearly beating the BBC. If we had all the high milers logging we'd be dicking them too.

Just logged today's miles. Impressed by CW's 1st weekend effort too. Hopefully a couple of longer rides later this week should bump my miles up a little, but still not that far!

Joined...and 7 miles added, It was actually 6.9 on the way to work, but I'll ride around the block before setting off home

Please note I couldn't do the weekend total more than once a month. My body is still recovering and I'm on the midsummer ride early hours of tomorrow morning. Thankfully I'll sleep the rest of the day

Just remembered the Dun Run is the next high mileage. Yay!

*better book two days hols for recovery :shock:

CW, the DD won't count as the last day is 15th July (b.....!!!). I'm doing the IOW again next Saturday, Winchester-London the following Saturday (and probably riding up as well), going to Sonisphere the following weekend but I might well take a bike so just a few extra miles then...and as I'll be at HPC at midnight on July 15, I might well bung the genteel FNRttC miles in as well..

BUT. What's to stop an unscrupulous team (EG the Metropolitan Police) just adding (x) miles onto everything they log into the site? Surely you could ride 3 miles and log 45?

They will be clocking up their miles while pedalling on duty and generally harrasing the noble commuters. If they could catch me that is.
