Will, you need to recognise when it's banter and when it isn't. That was banter.

(And you know I'm not a tit: I offered you cheap/free dibs on all my spare parts/frames etc when I saw what you'd done to your bike.)

You do know he has two perfectly good bikes other than his CAAD9?

It's Will's choice to not spend money on bike stuff. He seems to be able to spend loads on his PC, upgrading every 6 months. From knowing Will I wouldn't offer him bike stuff, as I know he really isn't as hard off as he makes out - it's his choice to buy computer stuff.

I have a WW gillet but I dare not wear it because I'm not in WW, but damn it's so hard to resist in Winter because it keeps me so warm and fits so amazing.

I ride a Cervelo. I bought some jersey that says Cervelo on it. Turns out they have a Pro Team too. Go figure. It's also the nicest kit in the Pro peleton. THAT's why I wear it.

I also wear my club kit, my National Team kit and random Assos kit.

ProTeam kit is sold to the public because they WANT you to wear it. National Team kit.... not so much.

But I'm not talking about anything related to that, I am very grateful for your offers and thank you for it. I am on about the comment in this thread related to this subject, nothing more.

REDDDRAGGON, do I bollox have 2 perfectly good road bikes, if you would dare to do any distance on my red commuter bike you'd be a nutter.

My white bike is a WINTER bike and gives me arseache, so stop trying to make things up to make me sound bad or like a tight arse.

Do you bollox know how hard off or not I am.

My PC has it's last major upgrade TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO, the most recent upgrade was to a GTX260 and a quad core X3350 XEON, these where got at very low price, I also spent £275 on building my PARENTS a PC, I could have got MYSELF an i7 rig and had a proper fast computer now but NO, I've got a crappy last gen quad core and you're trying to say I ain't hard off......

Also I never took into account I was going to write a bike off and at the time never really knew how much my rent next year was going to shoot up by....

Well I think it's stupid wearing other teams kit when you're not in the team and I ain't changing my opinion for anyone, if they don't like it they know where to go because moaning at me saying I'm stupid ain't gonna do anything.

The frame, not the bike, the headset is buggered, the gears are buggered, brake cables buggered, am I going to fix it? No, because it's a short distance hack bike.

Also the wheels are on the winter bike..

Will, I know this thread has nothing to do with the other issue (me offering you bits): I was using that as an example to show that I might actually think you're alright (a nice lad, but a bit touchy as far as I can tell from posts) and that I was merely having a bit of friendly banter with you.
