Hahaha, obviously a car is the most important thing in life, it is the biggest status symbol there is. I can't wait until I have enough money to buy a really good one so everyone else will respect me and I can tell them all about it.

Was looking at the 335d but apparently the M3 will make people respect me for, I will be able to brag about more facts figures. Also if i bought the 335d I would have to justify why it was better than an M3 every time I talked about it.

Without being too tacky, what about the Renault Kangoo 4x4? We've raged on so much I've forgotten the requirements - I do apologise!

Unless it's black or silver and has alloys and hasn't been ragged, I'll buy it. So yeah.

It's burgundy, has Wolfrace alloys, carbon fibre pedals and is about 2 foot shorter at the front :D

    * it may look like I crashed into the back of something but I wanted it to be a bit shorter to make it easier to park and the dents in the bonnets are actually craftily disguised air vents to help keep the massive 1.2 16v engine cool

You know the rules Andy, you can't brag-up like that without pics

The Clio cup <3 the worlds best lane car!

And the new sporty stripped megan is meant to be sexy. stearing is a bit disconeected on the standard version though!

Renault do know how to make fun really quick hot hatches! <3

    Renault suck

This. As the advert said "remember the day you said you'd never own a Renault again?" Well, yes I do, 70mph on the M4 in a Renault Grand Espace, no warning, no problems, then boom, the gearbox explodes all over the road...

    Don't laugh ..... Alfa 159 2.4 Q4 SW

I've had a 156 2.4D SW (2WD) for the last 4 years and loved it. The least deisel sounding Deisel that I've been in, the new one is 210 BHP (up from 150 in my '02 one) and the last 4 years suggests that the build quality on teh 159 far outstrips the 156

ofc, you have the reliability issues in the 156, mostyl revolving around that fact that some parts are considered "consumables" when on other cars they're lifetime service items (Sus Bushings, Timing belt are the big ones) and you have to put up with your mates jocking about when it'll fall apart then laughing their ars3s off when anything goes wrong with it.

Plus they're small for an estate, which some complain about but still big enough for summer long trips with the bikes yet doesn't feel like driving a tank around town.

Mine's in the ground now (8 yrs old, minor accident earlier in the year not worth fixing) and like the alfisti fool I am I'm hunting for a 2.4 159 to replace it with.
