Can't wait for the next update with more pics, you are probably wetting yourself with anticipation for the first ride, I know I would be!. I can't wait until I get my hands on a decent frame, I'm on a Claud Butler at the moment. Will do much like you, strip as much as possible from this bike, brakes, headset, wheels and replace with less hardcore stuff for the daily commute. I think I will go straight to some Revelation U-Turns as they have the travel, a XT groupset and a Thomson seat post. Will probably go for some Wellgo V1s too, although that will probably change.0

In my opinion...but that is all it is; I will be putting U-Turn Revelations on for a couple of reasons in that they have the recommended travel length, come in QR, although I'll use maxle and are 200g lighter, which is the aim of the game! Oh, and they are a couple of quid cheaper, but it depends on how heavy you ride I guess.0

Nice forks btw, hope they are good for you.Now that we are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves. ROMANS 15:10 -
Ive got some wheels as well Jay
(not really, Im just a trend-whore LOL)0 -
lol wheel war has begun0

The front is actually suprisingly light, the rear is slightly heavier than a standard set of wheels, but for that you get alot more strength.
For me strength is more important than weight0
