Buy two get one half price on already discounted Thule roof mount bike carriers.

Two for £127.50 and free fitting (if you trust them to fit...)

Quidco and British Cycling could bring price down further? I am a member of BC but no idea where card is so will try to blag it in store by logging in to BC website on my phone!

Went to collect a pair last night. They only had one 591 instore, despite messaging that they were ready to collect. Instead of asking me to come back on another day, they gave me two 598s instead, for the same price as the 591 offer. A further 10% BC discount, 2.5% Quidco and £50 National Trust pass all worked too!

Yep same for me, order the 32 which should be a Castelli large, no chance these are going on and i didnt want to try pulling too hard to get them on, if you put them side by side with Castelli large they look spot on, it must be the different material and race fitting.

Shame as I like the colour and style

Very little give isn't there, especially around the torso area - the complete opposite of the Rapha lightweight bibs.
I was a little concerned about working my way into them, but got away with it.

Going to try them on the turbo early doors tomorrow.

I don't quite recall the sizing guide, but my waist is 33" give or take, and my omloops are L. Fit is "racy". The Sorpassos that I still haven't ridden (the offer was too good) are L, too. These seem a touch tighter. I got some LW bibs as well, in XL to try, and those are OK. Given my measurements, and how I fit in those, I can't see going smaller than that. Unconcievable.

"Snug", aren't they. My 34" size up roughly as per my Large Free Race Aeros, but with shorter bibs.
They feel better and will be keepers, but the acid test is out on the bike and the weather is not cooperating....
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Kit radar has 30% off site wide (BIGSALE30) which has meant a restrap frame bag for big days with a jacket and a jam sandwich for £30 delivered. Along with my alpkit bar bag and some 28's the CAAD12 is all set for some light touring as soon as the weather plays ball!

Mine arrived yesterday. Feel v. good quality, but unable to get the straps over my shoulders, so going back. Not crazy about the gray tone- look almost like faded Lycra.
Yup. I think their comparison with Castelli sizes was "optimistic". Next size up apparently arriving this week so I will see if "going up one size for comfort" was the more accurate.

Tried my 30's on this morning - plenty of Sumo moves to get them on, straps are spot on for me as I have a short torso comparatively.

    Observations -
Liking the grey finish, and goes with my CR1 :D
Not very flexible fabric, fit wise I would say this 30 is on a par with Rapha XS.
Quite a low cut at the front, not very flattering if you have a bit of an overhang.
Pad position felt good, general fabric felt thicker when on, than out of the bag if that makes sense.

Will keep them, but they will definitely only be for when I am at my lightest weight!
Suspect if I went up to a 31 the straps would be too long for me.

So a 75 minute hard turbo session in these this morning.
First point to note, is that they were easier to get into, after only donning them twice for around 5 minutes yesterday, so assume they must have a stretched just a tad already.

So that was a postive note to start on.

Pad feels superb, as usual, to trot out the usual sentence, I wasn't aware of them at all during the session, super comfy, no issues at all.

Leg length perhaps a tiny bit shorter than I might ideally like, and also as they are not black, they very much show up any sweat, clearly my other shorts would get just as sweaty, but being black, it's not as apparent.
Doesn't bother me, but thought I would mention that.
Oh and the one piece of red logo on the right leg slightly irritates me

But on the whole, entirely positive, and pleased with the purchase, especially for £60.

Edit - I suspect the ones showing up as available are ones that others have already returned.

They're arriving tomorrow, I'll gingerly try get in them. I wouldnt say my Nanoflex are loose fitting but I did wear them when I was a few stone heavier so will see.

Maybe I should skip tea tonight

    £40 GORE WEAR Windstopper Jackets.

Can't find confirmation of the exact model, very close to some models of the 'GORE WEAR ELEMENT WINDSTOPPER ACTIVE SHELL JACKET' but for a couple shoulder decals. The back is identical.

2 in in medium and 4 in XL at time of writing.
Ordered myself an XL but might be too small as on GORE's sizing I'm an XXL :o

Yep, bonkers. The metal body should have a proud rain lip, and the remote a silcon bung on it. I've used some left over black gutter sealant to fabricate a bung around the remote cable.

Fine last time I looked at it, which was probably a couple of months ago.

Must be under guarantee though? Only 7 or so months old?

Either way worth trying taking it back.

    They arrived!
I think realistically if I wasn't so lazy Id
    a) send them back
    b) fit in them anyway !

I really like them, quite tight on my quads and the bibs are tight,
I'm keeping them as an extra incentive to get this next stone off
