Change of plan this weekend. Was expecting to be busy with the folks, but my dad's gone and broken his arm so they're not coming up from Devon this weekend.

So looks like I'm free this weekend after all .

(so long as I don't go and break anything as well).

Sorry to hear DKenny's dads misfortune (wish him speedy recovery). If I get well by the weekend, will try to squeeze a little riding in Redlands. Would have to be short ride, so those riders looking for epics better link up with other group though.

Planning 2-3h max of ride, and the start would have to be bloody early at 8.00*

I could do that, or Sunday, or even both.

I'm thinking 8-9am in either Swinley or SH. Perhaps the former as it's less likely to lead to me hurting myself.

I can this time, if you park here then can ride up through Swinley, its more fun and takes the same amount of time.

Hope those who made it enjoyed the epic ride last week.

I am going for a ride at Pitch hill on Sunday if anyone up for it.

Going there at 09.00 and will be in the main carpark up from the hurtwood inn.

If anyone fancies it will probably be about 3 hours dependant and may venture onto Holmbury.

Getting ever earlier. I'll aim for 8 at the car park. I hope!

Sore throat kicking in at the moment. Hope it's not popstar's flu (or man flu probably ).

Sunday - will see. Another 8 start is a killer. I really could do with a lie in after the week's slog, but still, I can always go to bed once I get back home . Or 9 with Richard and co, though last week's epic nearly finished me off. Good though it was though.

Quick blast round Swinley this morning. Atz knowing little routes I haven't done adds to the collection. Nice starting it early as it's quiet and cooler.

Not sure about tomorrow. This cold is kicking in and keeping me up in the night. Probably not up for anything early, and then the GP is on as well later.
