If you mean is my ankle well, it is.....
We ended up at Dalby on Sunday, it would have been abit wet and windy up on the Moors. Impressed with the track rebuilding at Dalby, smoothing out some of the brake bumps.
So, you off to Wembley I presume, whereabouts are you sitting. We are Block 525.0 -

Think we are looking at doing something a week on Saturday and getting back for the Arsenal game...........I know we are looking at doing this again back end of August over on the border of the dales and lakes near Sedburgh,its hard to start with but has the best single track ive ever rode........

Myself and Giggs went out yesterday(friday) doing 34 miles over to Brantingham and back,local stuff is 95% dry at the moment.....couldnt of made it today as off down to wembley tomorrow and got a few things to do.0

Since the weather is getting better I though I would get back into my biking again, so today I picked up a new bike and went for a short 12 mile ride just to see how it felt... It was just a gentle ride nothing heavy, just over the Bridge and around Barton then back to Hessle...0

Im looking at getting out 2mor(weds) local,be starting on Kingswood about 10am and heading over to Brantingham via foreshore and back via Skidby and Dunswell,be around 33 miles if anyone is free?0 -

The bike is sat in Freetown sports all fixed,hopefully pick it up tomorrow.Depending on weather ill join you later in the week,maybe just do hornsea track then back via swine and wawne if you dont fancy going far.0
