    Looking at doing a local ride on wednesday if any one can make it out,can either start at ferriby and do about 15-20 miles,or start from kingswood and do about 30 miles,it will just be a nice steady ride.

    Also looking at going up on the moors sunday 18th,as long as it aint wee weeing it down,if anyone fancies it?

    well, im out for a couple of weeks!

    can ride nearly 500 miles through scotland and england without a problem, but trying to negotiate a gate on a 2 mile journey home..... (from the pub)

    banged a couple of ribs and a bit of road rash.

    scraped my rear brake lever too so a good excuse for a new set! :lol:

    Its a good job you didnt go jon,as i didnt make it due to a few diff things happening.

    hi guys i got my pot of on monday it's stil a bit sore
    i went out for a very gentle ride on the road today my wrist was a little sore but at least i made it round 8)
    i think it will be at least a month or two before i get out on my mountain bike so plenty of road work for me then :cry:

    sl2371 hope it gets better soon. just dont make the mistake i did i broke my finger then went and did dalby the day after with it taped my hand to the bar hahaha kind of healed leaving a wierd shaped bone lol, probably best to rest it still works though so its all good haha.

    Good to hear you are back on your bike si, even if it is on road...

    I think myself and Altern are looking at doing a ride on Sunday up on the Yorks Moors. Doing a loop of about 15 mile around Fylingdales, starting a Ellerbeck Bridge on the road to Whitby from Pickering. Meet there at 10am.

    This will be a very gentle ride, as I ain't been on the push bike for about a month.

    As long as you have a spare set of disc brakes i can fit to the Dale.

    And i will deff be going at youre pace on sunday,i went for a run tonight,and im not as fit as i thought i was,i only managed 15 mins round kingswood :oops:
