Yes it is.

So would it be ok just to turn up at the Golden Lion at 9.00am on Sunday
or do I need to pre register?, Is the route signposted or routecard

This is the reply I got:

Route maps and descriptions supplied, a number of the participants are non club cyclists so pace will not be extreme, with plenty of cake stop opportunities........expecting 30 plus riders over the three routes
