No alcohol or caffeine for over a year I think. Weight is steady at 12 stone 3 though and wont move no matter what.

Did 60 miles non-stop over the weekend though and thats only my 6th bike ride this year including commuting :D

No caffeine? For a year? Good God.

There are times when I can't function without it. This morning, for example: kids woke us up at 1am, 4am and 5am. At 7am, I was a husk of the man I was 12 hours earlier.

    Hudge fund lunch time?

One of the traders at Mrs A's place gets 18 assorted bottles (red, white and bubbles) for each member of non-trading staff each Xmas. That usually means about 1,200 bottles turning up in her office at the beginning of Dec. Anything that doesn't evenly distribute, strangly, finds it's it's way to my garage for safe keeping......

Well, would be a health and safety nightmare to leave all that glass and liquid hanging around the office, it's a trip, slip and possibly electrical hazard. It's my civic duty to help out.
