I declare this idiot Society officially wound up.
Thank fcuk for that.
Good. Now don't do it again.
I can only imagine what your level of inebriation is today... :shock:0 -
Well done G66,
Having done a bottle of red last night I then got dragged (ok willingly) for another 4 pints of ale. I probably need to cut back a little.
Has the lack of booze significantly aided your recovery back into the saddle and getting your performance back? I know the back thing is not liver/kidney related but the whole body cleansing thing has it helped physically / possibly mentally n getting over the back issue
I am always perkier after a day off the sauce but a full month that must be something else again![1]Ribble winter special

Not.
In.
The.
Slightest.
In fact, it seems to have hampered it. Or the cold I've been incubating for the whole of Feb is to blame.
I managed to lose a couple of kilos (not a big deal over two months) but I've been quite surprised at how little the improvement has been to my overall sense of wellbeing.
All the best changes on the inside, I suppose.
BOLLOX to that, I say! :shock:0 -
Yes, I am on my 2nd glass of red, so ....................... Boll*x +1
Somewhat at odds with my hydration thread......hmmm[1]Ribble winter special

So, being basically binary in outlook, I've decided to go to zero units per day until the end of the first week of March.
00000000 you mean?
and then 00000010 or 00000011 units a day afterwards, and perhaps Friday's you could have 00000100 or 00000101.
 ok I admit this post is somewhat sad and I've not read the entire thread, someone else might have already done this! :P
p.s. yes, I do work in IT0 -

I have also started back on the turbo trainer, thanks in part to injury but mostly because I refuse to cycle in the cold, dark & wet.
