So you're still off the beer then dude, just like you were when I saw you at the weekend
JG, Guiness will make you stronger, it's full of goodness.
I might pop in for a very quick one this week, and I mean quick. I have a 4am appointment with the bike on Saturday morning to get down to Newhaven on my way to Paris and rolling out of the Morpeth at god knows what hour won't be the best preparationpain is temporary, the glory of beating your mates to the top of the hill lasts forever.....................

Drinking and eating is the way forward, I tell you. My two best times of the year in the 3LC have come following a week of it, or of illness. Rest does you good. And booze, it seems.FCN 2-4.
