    My head is f*cked this morning.

    On the journey home yesterday I remember Jon being the fastest man alive until I overtook him and then two seconds later cramp up with pain, heard him chuckle at my dramatic decrease in speed, he overtakes me and then as I blink he vanishes.

    After that I remember trackstanding that or I was going very very very slowly....

    I got home left the oven on with food inside, smoke everywhere, girlfriend going nuclear on me (she went out and came home after me) as I hid underneath the duvet hoping it would all go away. Should have just got a kebab.

    I was forced to grab a KFC on the way home, for the second night this week (oh the shame), and both times I've nearly wet myself as they've take so damn long to make the burger. :oops: It's not been a good week for my liver...

    I might add that when I left you i'd had what 5-6 pints of the black stuff and that was at 20:20, god only knows how much you lot must have polished off.
