Snooks, enjoy the beer as I'm going to play it by ear tomorrow.
The short notice suggestiosn aren't really getting any takers, so shall we just plan them a bit further in advance?

Nope, I really should do more research in my local area, not only did I discover recently that Highclere is practically my morning commute and that swindon has a cycle speedway but also a bunch of Bikeradar MTB'er are building a track not 10 miles from my house.Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.

I think I'm going to not make it on Sunday, and also the Morpeth drinks tomorrow. I'm cuurently on study leave, and am doing much more leave than study, so I need to cancel all plans and not leave the house for a week.
Am definitely up for RP on the 30th though.
Sorry0 -

I'm intending to make it down there tomorrow. Reckon the chances of me showing up are about 60/40 so don't hang around if there's no sign of me by 10.0

so what is considered a good lap time??0 -
Sorry I didn't make it people! I went to bed at about 10 last night having been drinking all day at the rugby, but hadn't banked on sleeping for 12 hours!
Next time. :oops:0 -
Rob and I were talking about taking MTBs around the 'yellow brick road' path one weekend - anyone else interested?
Will be a pootle, as there's loads of peds on the path, and I think there are speed limits (10mph?) the whole way round, but it'll be a change of scenery...
Probably one lap of RP, then across to Wimbledon Common where it should less busy, and have nicer trails.0
