A lovely orange Torm brevet jersey, an Abus Aventor helmet for hot rides, and these which were reduced from £450 (I know) to a much more reasonable £135:

One of these (Half price on Wiggle), though I have a suspicion from having seen other pictures, that it will not look as vibrant in the flesh:

EDIT: I was wrong, it pops just as much in person B)
    It's a keeper, fantastic fit.
    Felt F70 05 (Turbo)
Marin Palisades Trail 91 and 06
    Scott CR1 SL 12
    Cannondale Synapse Adventure 15 & 16 Di2
    Scott Foil 18

  • Have also ordered a Canyon Inflite SL 7 so I can give some gravel riding a go as well as cycle with my son on some of the trails round these parts. It will also serve as a winter training bike:

    Should arrive sometime in August.

I thought I'd seen some ugly bikes in my time....

My son has just ordered this GRX-equipped gravel bike. Quite envious...

....now need to consider whether I need to sell a bike or two to make room for it :/

Didn't seem to be much choice out there, but the Merlin ticked all his boxes and seemed a decent price for the GRX groupset.

EDIT: in the flesh. Cracking bike...

okay so my garmin 820 is just under a year old and has never held anywhere near the claimed 15 hours, so after months of badgering garmin they offering to replace it with a reconditioned "new" unit which is what they usually do, am i wasting my time as the replacement unit will also have shocking battery life or do others actually get half decent battery life on yours?

In the post (with Strava dhb discount)

    Aeron Roubaix FLT 3/4 bibs
    dhb Trail merino socks
dhb Aeron merino mesh base layer (sleeveless)

    Without discount
Hayes cx expert caliper and 160mm rotor.

Finally replacing the front TRP Spyre on my Boardman ADV that has annoyed me for twelve months now. The Hayes CX brakes on my Genesis CdF have been better in every respect than the TRPs. They only had one in stock at Wiggle, and it's the front that always lets me down. A second will eventually follow.

The rotor will go on :

Mason x Hunt 650B wheelset with g-one bite 2.1" tyres. Due to be built next week.

Make you sure spend extra extra time getting them aligned before you crimp the brake bridges. I accidentally got mine off center and they rubbed.

Also if you have the set for narrow tyres, I drilled out the seat tube bit to get it tighter to the frame and away from the tyre and used a cable tie to hold it.

    Great fenders and look superb.

Got so many broken spokes to do, thought I might as well learn to do it myself.

Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.

I've been VERY good of recent times, but have been after this Isadore jersey all year, but frustratingly no third parties had it in stock (Or were due to get it :/ ) in my size, so had to wait for Isadore to drop the price - only 20% off, but have the yellow version (£50 bargain from wiggle) and love the fit and quality - plus it's green and yellow.

Added some other bits on to avoid £10 postage.

Scott Addict team issue frameset, Syncros carbon bars, stem and seat post and a new right hand Chorus crank. Ready to build up a new summer bike at long last (14 months after the last one got driven into).

Also some Campag Xenon bits for the old frame (it will live on as my turbo bike).
  • Is it the old blue/white/red one?

    If so very tasty
