Fizik Terra X5 in brown suede. Needed some new summer off road kicks, first time trying Fizik so a couple of sizes on the way to try...
Also a new Timber bell, and some Defeet wool gloves in a fetching green.

    2x Schwalbe G-One Speed TL-Easy Evolution Folding Gravel Tyre - 700c - 35mm. £55 with loyalty discount.

Need to replace the 32mm WTB Exposures on the wet weather bike, as they seem to have grown ever-more porous, and now seem to leach sealant down the centre of the tread. Weird...

Crankset arrived and is nothing like the ebay description the axle has worn on the drive side by 1-2mm most of the way around but not where bears would sit I can only think something in the bb she’ll like a long screw of di cabling must have been rubbing, question is do I send it back or use it as is?

Two pairs of shoes for my brother in Italy, new (half price) road shoes, and he wanted some cheap mtb shoes (These were only £30!) - these were on offer at Merlin, and despite only being velcro have excellent reviews.
Sending a bike frame to him shortly, so will pop them in the box.

Oh and also added one of these on for me, £25 down to £10.

If They don't fit, let me know I'll you? I've got the alba m30 set those are meant to be fitted to.
If you’re still interested I’m going to sell these on as I don’t mind buying the matching cranks but changing BB as well, no thanks @wolfsbane2k
Sorry @itboffin , only just seen this. Are they still for sale?

very likely as the crankset I bought from ebay to go with them has huge amount of wear on the axle in the weirdest of places, no where near the bearing collars.

Bought this in what seems an age ago from PBK. Delayed dispatch due to C-19, but finally arrived today. Doubt I'll get to fit it until the weekend though...

The answer is yes, I’m sending the knackered cranks back so the rings are of no use to me, 5 miles from new.

In an attempt to get her indoors, well, outdoors...

Think a Cube Touring Hybrid One 400 would have been better value, but those are even less available - no stock expected for 4 months.

At least the Scott should be here in 3 weeks.

Just ordered some Mavic Cosmic Pro UST's from Wiggle for £699 for the weekend bike. Not my first choice but for the same price as some chinese wheels and Paypals 0% for 4 months, was hard to refuse. Just hope Mavic get saved now!

Good deal on those Mavic wheels Denis ^

Unable to resist this (Though I did try and looks like I bagged the last small in stock), not a huge discount, but missed out on the previous style when everywhere ran out of stock - and luckily I prefer this design.

And also added this on for a whole £8:

Could somebody please talk me out of buying this for £80?

Never heard of them before, but the design caught my eye, and the neck has that low front (plunging neckline?!) which I like.

    Cycling jersey for intermediate temperatures
The hive 3D structure creates an air cushion that isolates and thermoregulates the body
To be worn directly in contact with the skin or as an underlayer product
Maximum sweat control, keeps the skin always dry and fresh
No seams against the torso, perfect adherence and wearability

I have a Castelli thicker SS (Midweight) jersey, which I really like (I feel the cold) so the description makes me think this may be more of the same, but then I could just use a gilet - and I may have a few of those to choose from *whistles*

The marketing person must have been paid by the word!

So it has an open cell structure that , just like about every other bit clothing not made from a sheet of plastic.

Might work but way to much marketing speak.

lol, I know what you mean, I think what drew me to it (Aside from the colour) is the unusual (on the face of it) design.
In reality I think £80 is rather a lot for an unknown quantity, normally the most I spend on a SS jersey would be £60 (The Castelli was £49 down from £95), unless it's something uber special.

The ad-speak is drivel of the highest order. Surprised the claim “no seams against the torso” is there. Either they don’t know what a “seam” is or are not sure where your torso is. 🙄

I got a Redshift Shockstop suspension seatpost today, for my road bike.
It's too windy outside to go for a ride, but just riding on the street and dropping off the curbs. I know I'll be happy with it.

Some Shimano m540 SPDs for my new winter bike.

Fair play to Tredz - they're not always noted for customer service but I ordered them on Wednesday and they arrived this morning. Excellent price too.

Bought a new pannier as one of my Ortieb had after many years failed, got a Thule reasonable small, since it generally carried lock and tools/spares so heavy but fairly compact and it’s still yellow!

After using up 3x co2 cartridges and 2x tubeless "bacon strips" over the course of an abandoned gravel ride on Saturday, then the failed fix of a 4mm hole in the centre tread of a 48mm tubeless tyre I've found myself buying the folowing:

    - 20 x Lifeline co2 cartridges from CRC (think less than a quid a piece)
    - Lezyne control co2 inflator head (and cartridge!)
    - rema vulcanising cement and patches (to try and repair hole from inside)
    - 1 x Gravel King SK 650b TCS, in brown (in case repair fails again)
    - 1L Effetto Cafelatex sealant as most of my remaining stock splurged over the garden after the last tyre repair attempt :'(

May change to Stans Darts in future as seem a better field repair option than worms, etc (or revert to tubes!)

Tubeless....great when it works, bit of a 'mare and faff when it fails. Always carry a tube folks!

Managed to buy the wrong non-SK version of the Gravel King tyre, so all hanging on a successful repair of the holed tyre whilst I await a replacement SK from Merlin. The Rema puncture repair stuff and sealant arrived today so will see if the patched tyre holds air tomorrow. Some seem to suggest also supergluing a section of old inner tube over the patch. Cant hurt so will try that as well. Rare day off on Friday so hoping for a longish gravel ride over the Marlborough Downs. Shame it's now raining!

God it’s been years since I rode the downs off road, on road it was about a week ago, the drag from Marlborough town to Hackpen hill is actually pretty good not so much the other way. The local White horse challenge sportive takes in a lot of the downs, despite it being cancelled I rode the route solo 90 miles from home, as it was in April the roads were blissfully quiet too
