Second hand 105 5700 crankset, cheaper than trying to by a replacement 50T 10sp chainring, and it looks like it's only done a few hundred miles before it was cast aside for 11spd.Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.

£30, priced from pictures. Having now seen it, I'd I've probably only gone £20-25, as it's more worn than I realised, but it's still better than having snapped 6 teeth off my big chainring. Didn't include the bottom bracket.
If you've got a lot to flog, consider a bike jumble, and have fleabays 'sold' pricelist to hand, knowing that that also includes eBay's fees....
Or, if it's 10spd stuff, post it to me, and I'll use it...Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.

Noice! Is that with the revised battery door?
And yes you are spot on, once the funds are committed, if it comes back in, it can only be spent on bike related items.
That's how I just acquired a pair of free Cosmic carbon Exaliths 8)

It appeared in stock at Wiggle last week, then vanished again before I got an order in. Then appeared back again on Sunday and I got it before it disappeared 30mins later. So I'm guessing new stock is trickling in.
Been interesting putting them on the turbo and seeing how the Vector readings compare to the Kickr.
8min interval at a supposed steady 102% of ftp and the Vectors put it more at 104% but which gradually tails off to morelike 100% as the interval progresses. Happened on each of 4 sets. Starts out a bit high, ends up a bit low. Average ended up right but not perfect shape.

It makes sense to me that pedals would show higher power than at the wheel due to drive train loss, but tailing off is too weird.0

Some of these, Five tens which i use on the MTB anyway.
To use on the Commute bike, plus waking about as my right foot was finding one of the specialised shoes be that clipped or flat seem to be if not the cause of the hot spot, not helping. thus far much better seems to be recovering.
and some of these
for the Gravel bike, since a) my foot was just getting worse and worse, and b) found that though I'd been clipped in before and been fine, I just wasn't happy with them, if it was only used on road be fine I suspect but I tend to link roads with, bridleways and what not.0 -

On that theme, Dolan Pre Cursa 60cm track frame for an absolutely bargainrific £60 delivered - https://www.dolan-bikes.com/deals/frames-framesets.html

Replacement forks for the OEM set on the MTB; was off road last weekend and had finished, when I noticed that the forks weren't parallel with each other and there was a crack in the top of the fork.
Went to replace it last night and noticed (as I stripped it down) that it also needs a new head set...so am now waiting on this to be delivered.0 -

Oh sorry - other 3 are my purchases.
Bars are sweet but I've seen some amazing one piece bars with custom paint to match - that blue gold colour is ace.0 -

The painted bars to match are a colnago official set of bars. I wasn't too keen on them tbh especially for the £600 price tag. Thought they were a bit too much! One step too far. On the black art decor they are lovely though
Thank you though. Love it.FCN 7

A set of these direct from Mavic, and a set from inkmyride going by a recommendation on here:
Have also gone for a set of Enve yellow decals, to brighten up a drab set of handbuilts carbon wheels I bought off of here (And to give me some practice before attempting the Mavics) second hand.

A B-twin Triban 540 w/ PD-R540 pedals, plus Elite bottle cages and the grippier bar tape. Decathlon have kindly agreed to change the braking to British style provided I got the extra bar tape, so I felt obliged. Let's hope the geometry fits, and that I can climb cat 2's with a 36x28...0 -
