Well done. There's not much 1" stuff about atm.
Last I looked (d)Ribble had in stock.

Yeah, spotted those, cheers. I meant on ebay. Sorry. Ribble or Parker Int or High on Bikes may be the best options. Thing is, I can't really justify a build atm because I need new tyres and I also like, sorry, seriously like, the look of the Dolan cross frame on the Ribble site. And I want a cross bike more than another standard road build.

I really like the shape of the Bob Jackson, and racing green IS classy, but... I find myself bored by how it looks overall. So a couple of accents - that saddle and some pink bar tape - and it'll be much more the thing.

But a pink saddle? :o How about a white saddle and white bar tape? You're gonna look like Keith Graves on the night of the 2003 US Presidential election - purple shirt and yellow tie.

This is what happens when you ride bikes with one gear: Pink wheels become cool. When in God's name did pink wheels become cool?

it is a lovely looking bike, not sure about pink but even so it's still likely to look better than old red which has had the most unfortunate paint job....

plus boring stuff like energy bars, drinks, bike rack, brake pads.

I am lost to cycling, truly lost. Bank account is wimpering at me.

After an entire evening trying to rebuild and true my Bonty Race Lites, I've come to the conclusion that they are seriously poor wheels, either that or I've got a bad one

The upside is that a beautiful set of Mavic Krysium Elite wheels in silver are now on their way to me, hopefully for the weekend :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Mine were also useless - always needing to be trued. Racing 3s were the order of the day for me :)

i had a "joeblow" its kaput
these get great reviews in mags and you can get parts for them
so £50 for the rolls royce of trackpumps id say its worth it
p.s comparing it to a joeblow .........

Some assos bib shorts. I was curious. They're not the ridiculous booby style.

Mutter mutter grumble grumble they've sent the ridiculous booby style ones rather than the ones pictured on their site.

Now, do I just accept the ridiculous booby ones (which are '09) or get a refund...
