Yep. I bought a front mech from them on eBay and it arrived in a wiggle box. Also got the haribo so double winner.

I've got a Tacx Flow, the cheapest smart trainer you can get.

Wow, that will be night and day me thinks. I went from Vortex to Neo, and the difference is notable.
If you work using an ftp, be prepared for the fact that your current trainer may well over read.

Mine did by about 10% :shock:

Oh and back on topic. My trusty carbon soled Diadoras have started coming apart. The sole wants to leave the shoe :-( Have tonight tried to glue it (currently has 10kg of weight trying to hold it tight while it sets) but surmised this may be a brief stay of execution. Gone for a pair of these Lakes for £50 from Merlin, reviews seem ok, and just for the turbo, as is the only bike I have spd-sl on.

Ah fair enough, even with Stages, I have seen circa 20w differences posted online - the Neo is meant to be brutally accurate - enjoy!

Stages is always going to be different the Neo for a couple of reasons; stages is single leg (left) and most folks are right leg dominant, and you lose watts to the chain and gearing. A true based system will lose more and be subject to true pressure issues.

It's a bottle cage holder, the most aero place for bottle on bike, then down tube and then seat tube. Best is in your rear jersey pocket, apparently.

Thanks NO, you wanna come up Newbury way, we have fluro badgers aplenty up here :-)

EDIT: Saddle arriving before midday today, that's only 22 hours after ordering - for me I think that is a new record, especially with no expedited delivery chosen, and for a comparitively low value item.

Looking for a new TT saddle as I find my ISM Adamo Attack a little wide. This looks nice.

Bit of reading tells me that this is 23mm wider than an Attack though. I think I just need to move my saddle back.

Which is really annoying if you want to ride TTs with a rear light attached to your saddle rails; my Adamo has a smaller hook (without a bottle attachment), but it still obscures the rear light.

Why can't triantelopes hook the front of their saddle over the racking, like cyclists do?

I had a similar issue with the ISM tri saddle I used for a bit. Swapped it for Selle Italia’s tri saddle. Vast improvement.

I concluded that if your arse has moulder to a particular brand of road saddle, stick with that brand for a tri saddle.

Hiya - I found a figure of 134mm, which is 2mm less than the Fizik Arione I use across my bikes - CX and 00.
I did see this on Merlin (Which could be the design Greg mentions above?) for less than half price, which tempted me, but decided on the Fabric in the end - I do wonder if I should have gone all black, that looked proper stealth.

I'm guessing the 23mm you speak of must be elsewhere on the saddle, as I'm assuming the Adamo can't be 110mm wide :?

TRP SLC flat mount rear brake and 160mm adapter, but i still cant fit it because it doesnt come with a flat mount frame screws for the CAAD12, FFS why does this need to be so complex?!?
