I tried buying new lenses for the ones I have and couldn't find any as the design has changed and I informed her it would be at least £100 and she was still fine with me spending my own money...

I'll probably have to get her a spa day or something

    I like them.

They do a photochromatic lens that starts clear which is surprisingly unpopular with the main stream sports specs people. That's what I need, bit more than I can afford atm tho.

    you mean these?

I was considering those as the night/winter lenses but I think they don't let quite enough light through and I'll get the clear ones instead

I like them iClicks, when I finally get a decent bike I'm putting them on it.

Haha, size 37, she is quite lucky actually, there are tonnes of bargains in her size. Size 6 clothing too, generally good for her in sales!

If she likes the i-Clics, I am ordering a few to replace the various RXS I use.

    Damn eBay.

Oi! No pix, didn't happen

Well, I don't pick it up until Sunday...

Trying to go get it as early as possible, so I can spend the rest of the day tooling around on it :) Doubt it'll be a commuter...

Hang on, if I don't provide pictures, it didn't happen - so I can buy another bike?

I've just bought myself some Front and Back Ortleib Roller Plus Panniers from Rock and Rescue for just over £150. Bargain!

I had not heard of the companty before but they have been very good and I will definately use them again. Very quick to respond to emails etc.

    Logically, yes.

I'm picking up my new frame and forks today. :D Bought an old stock Sigma Attica from the LBS for the commute, training and the odd race if I can get off my backside to get myself to a race.

@cjcp you know's the rules... New bike = pics or it didn't happen

As for me I think "it's time daddy" for some new shoes, I can ignore the toe and side holes but the heals falling off is a tad too much even for me

New bike arrived yesterday, courtesy of eBay; needs putting together properly before picks but I'm now the owner of a used Cervelo S1 2009 with Ultegra SL group (apart from 105 brakes).

I'm really looking forward to getting it! Have only read good things about Shutt jerseys and am a firm believer in wool FTW.

I'll be ordering some Standard Bib Shorts when they have my size back in stock. Pete says "next week". :D

I've made a few orders from Evans recently , one order was over 7days ago and it's still not arrived.

I made an order from Wiggle 36hrs ago, and it came in this mornings post.

Clearly Evans aren't a Wiggle or Chain Reaction , but if they can do it, so could Evans.

Pull your finger out Evans :x
