BJK is going to the gym before coming out to the pub so that he's looking buff.....

Polishing your guns before going to the pub, shaving your legs, its all very very suspect.

I think I've fallen in with "the wrong crowd".

How the hell do you attach photos to these posts?

Anyway, this evening will be my last commute for a couple of weeks. I'll pop in (virtually) to see how the game is progressing. Enjoy the beers.

You "find" the image you want to attach (as if you haven't got them saved as favourites you PIG).

Right click on the image and click properties.

Copy the img URl (prob end .jpg)

in your post use the img button above the entry box or use whatever

Sometimes the images don't allow cross decking but most do

Calm down! It's only an induction at the (free) staff gym where I'm currently working, not a full workout session :-)

Feelng a bit better now as I've just got off the phone to the LBS as to when I can get my bike repaired, turns out they work on a "first comes first served" basis! All I need to do is take it down there and leave it with them :-) Guess I'll be fishing the ol' Raleigh racer from the shed whilst the Giant's away :-)

    My motivation is wafer thin.

I'll bang out of the wharf circa 1715.

Embankment pints by tomorrow first light.

  • Hey, what's going on? All afternoon, this thread's been hotter than Victoria Pendleton and suddenly ... nada.

Oh, wait, it's 6 o'clock on a Friday evening. And what's this from the BBC website? An unexpected Critical Mass rally at a pub in Pimlico? Grown men (and woman) commenting on the size of each others rings? Sobbing with exhaustion at the effort required to start pedalling LiT's precious?

Go easy on the flan flinging frenzy or the rozzers will get called!

Still, my commute home tonight should be less stressful with even fewer than usual predators after my scalp (in their dreams). 8)
Never be tempted to race against a Barclays Cycle Hire bike. If you do, there are only two outcomes. Of these, by far the better is that you now have the scalp of a Boris Bike.
  • Haha yeah, man I missed out today.. 10 more pages. Blimey are they not back yet? I bet they are group-scalping around London in a big drunken peloton!

PS I want.. need a verdict on fake or real singlie ruling.

I reckon it's FCN 3 as a base. I usually wear baggy mtb shorts or non -cycling clothes so without a bag, non cycling gear and the pedals it's 4, on par with hairies, not that hard I reckon to keep clean sheets.
