No idea, they have shown me some interesting routes although most i already know, there's a good one around carn marth that's all downhill singletrack.

Got my rudy project glasses btw they're superb.

Dazza - are Flying Snakes no good? Flipping expensive.

My £7.40 Bolle Contours are also very good - better lenses (I reckon) than my £85 Bolle Anacondas!

Timmo - the car came with a free Supagard pack - I know you don't like the stuff but the paintwork does look incredibily good - Sapphire black so it's got a lovely sparkle/depth to it - shame every bit of dried water shows up!

Took it for a good drive yesterday - it's really is a beast. The torque is comical.

Malpas Regatta today so on safety boat again - had to rescue (and drag in) and 18 stone lass last year. Hope the same doesn' happen this time!

No, i only got them as they sort of matched my brake lines, the nokons were a godsend today, had to constantly fiddle with tension but that's natural as the cable is stretching.

Matt - no racing saxo's on your new bimmer alright.

Tim - Were you lot out and about the mars area doing jumps, saw a guy withh a camera strapped to his lid and a lass with black ponytails, dunno if that was your group.

Did about 30 miles today and it was nearly all climb climb climb.

Really enjoyed it but the bike was that lagged the chain was fussing, i think it needs more lube.

  • yeah that was us dazz, did the downhill section rwice and th eother area off down the other side to the down hill start a couple of times, played in mars etc, usual bissoe fun!
and you grumpy sod not saying hello as i held the gate open for you! but, you did look Knackered!

got a Load of pics from today so will sort them out and upload to facebook and will pop a few up here!!

Matt, the supaguard is actually quite good if its been applied properly with the right prep prior too, gets a bad rep from the mis applications etc! you'll be forever washing it too as it'll show up every spec!
a good clean polish seal and wax will have the flake jumping out the paint at yoU!

Did oops lol didn't even see you.

oooh that's why you slapped me on the back, i thought wtf why on earth did that guy just do that lmao, i thought your rims looked familiar.

Yeah was a knackering ride, but awesome at the same time just non stop riding and i actually did well on the climbs although going from the bottom of bissoe all the way to the top of carn marth was a killer.

Yeah i did ride with you lot briefly, i split from the group as i intented to go portreath way, fat lot of good that did half way the chain was bitching about needing a lubing, it was a total mud fest mind.

I hope the slower riders didn't hold things up too much, pita when that happens, that cube bike looked rather interesting, i liked his fat albert tyres, good alternative to nobby nics when things get silly.

Mark is a machine at biking, he just keeps on going, im slowly getting there though as today's ride really showed me, he pushes you to go further but not in a dangerous way.

He's the skinny one with the black/white bike btw, usually the one up front.

So Timmo, you think it has a cr4p polish job and it looks ugly. Any other positive comments? And what car is good looking? And what country makes better cars than Germany?! I can think of an awful lot of uglier cars made in countries with much worse car building reputations.

I know why you are making your comments but it's a bit obvious and not cool at all. It's also way out of character for you. Strange.

matt - things are all good thanks,. about to start new job after training.
sadly i have to leave cornwall tomorrow which is a bit rubbish. had a great surf today though so good to go out on a high. if anybody was in truro today too and heard the ruckus that was us collecting money for help the heroes, it was my dad playin the bagpipes.

i bought a 2002 330 ci sport, only got 22000 miles on the clock! i'm actually in love with it.

Warm - good to hear all is well! Those E46 330s are very nice.

The surf has been amazing! Had one of the best surfs ever on Wednesday on the new 6ft quad - even managed to airs (and landed them)!

My lower jockey wheel seized this morning when I was 6 miles from home - thank Christ I had my multitool on me - it has no bearings which seems odd - think I might get one of those nice ceramic ones.
