See that's what I was talking about the other week with Froome's HR numbers.
Millar's average HR was 171bpm which is what I would expect (if a little high). Froome's average HR for a TT in the Vuelta was 147bpm!0 -

Max heart rate can vary pretty significantly between individuals... mine tops out at 169. So a (high) 150s average for a 10 mile TT is pretty normal... I accept that Froome's is another degree below that, would like to know his resting number.0 -

Expanding the video to full screen mode will prevent the ads from reappearing
