I quite like this race, if the wind over there is anything like it is over here it could be fun.

See that's what I was talking about the other week with Froome's HR numbers.

Millar's average HR was 171bpm which is what I would expect (if a little high). Froome's average HR for a TT in the Vuelta was 147bpm!

Ferrari vs Cav could be interesting if we get a sprinters finish.

Sporza and Rai Sports 2 should be up and running by 2pm.

It's on live now here in France but it's pretty dull at the moment to be honest. Break of 3 with 3 minutes. 77km to go.

Higgins just missed a long red. Knew it as soon as he hit it too.

Leading the peleton up a short climb....cue Cavendish isn't a bad climber conversation.

    Gap down to 1.32 already.

Cav's face in that picture is the same face I make whenever I ride up a hill, any sort of hill.

    Continuing OT
Max heart rate can vary pretty significantly between individuals... mine tops out at 169. So a (high) 150s average for a 10 mile TT is pretty normal... I accept that Froome's is another degree below that, would like to know his resting number.

Nope, must be one of those clever ads that picks out your search history.

Expanding the video to full screen mode will prevent the ads from reappearing

Helps if you are just watching the feed but not ideal if you are doing other things at the same time.
