Rich, I have some very good news.

Earlier today I managed to blag a brand new, unused Police Line roll of tape, so thats two hundred metres of it!

Excellent day's riding chaps. I definately should have brought the Coiler - Alex's idea of XC training may need a little refining.

Uploading NEKKIDPIXZORZ as I type.

Highlights of the day:

Alex and Matt made a fashion fauxpax (SP?) by wearing the same socks.

Full on Lycra is just sooo this season.

Rich beat me up a hill - I had to walk (But as there's no pix this didn't actually happenn)

I beat Rich in the falling off competition - 3-2 final score.

Rich - the bottle of red wine I brought to give you (a gift from one of my clients) is still in the boot of my car, I forgot to hand it over. Sorry.

Fish & chips tastes just as good in the pouring rain.

[alex's edit: The route included more singletrack, but as i've not built it and it's very cheeky singletrack, i daren't allow it to be put on bikely, friends of mine would skullfuck me if they found GPS maps of thier handbuilt cheeky singletrack.]

That may be an issue if there's something in the rules banning 'Rocket Propulsion' systems....

I also promise never to eat fish and chips from Millford Common again......Two emergency pull over to the hard shoulder and throw up stops on the way back to Wales. Sunday spent sprinting to the toilet. [xx(]

On the plus side, I've lost a fair amount of weight.....
