Think tonight is a 50:50 - honestly believe England have a higher ceiling but Holland at their best have been a better side than England at their best in this tournament.
Either have to have a chance against Spain.
Main worry for England is they don't look a huge threat on transition and the players that would be - Watkins, Gordon, Rashford either aren't likely to get on or aren't in the squad. I still think given Southgate's way of playing that a transitional threat should be part of their armoury.
