The weather is so extreme that more or less all riders are in short sleeves. Chaotic start but Ineos are just keeping it steadily hard.

Any danger for the sprinters? As I ask Jens says 22% allowance which should be a comfortable cushion.

    You guys got commentary ?

Commentary fine for me on Android. I sometimes need to go into the audio and select English, if that helps?

Would have thought a break getting away and staying away would be good for Ineos to take any bonus seconds away from Roglic.

Where is Sivakov? Thomas seems to only have De Plus and Arensman with him.

He was sounding petulant in his interview. Once he lost time he should have been committing himself to a helping role.

Pinot looking good, goes to the front and the rest of the break can’t hold on.

Down to 4 at the front as Pinot sees off a few breakaway specialists

Dangling though, not sure how much he’ll offer. There’s not much valley is there?

I think every interview I've heard with him has been about how he can maximize his income from cycling

    You sorted?
Eurosport on my laptop always opens muted.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Ah no wonder none of the riders want to be there, they're in French speaking Switzerland, the world's most overrated place.
