  • Must be quite disheartening to be a classics specialist these days, when a GT rider turns up and blows you out the water.

Most complete rider in the 30 odd years I’ve been watching cycling. Wonder if P-R is going to tempt him at some point? I can see him adding Amstel in a few weeks.

Great tactic by Pogacar. He knows the only way for MvdP and WvA to beat him is on a flat sprint and Pogacar made sure it didn’t end up in that scenario.

Up there with being a specialist climber getting dropped by WVA on Tour mountain stages.

    Mads given 3rd.

Some silliness in the minor sprint places. Ballerini takes a road to the face...

Shouldn’t he be carrying his own bike across the line to get a finish?

Why isn’t there a separate feed for the women’s race?

Couldn’t see one on Discovery+, it was showing an option for men’s and women’s race on one channel or judo on another.

Impressive again by Kopecky and very good team work from SD Worx
