Should be relegated to the back of the group for a dangerous sprint like that.

Storer to blame finishline crash tour de l'Ain

He seemed to be waving his hands around indicating he felt Cepeda pushed him. Not sure how he worked that out mind. Cepeda was traveling in a straight line 🤷‍♂️

Causing a crash where the offender becomes the only victim is quite funny though. 🤣
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Looks like he went to lean on the guy only to find he wasn't there.

Looks like a semi committed bike throw by someone who doesn't know how to bike throw.

Storer bounces back by winning Stage 3 solo, nearly 2 minutes ahead of second placed Kenny Ellisonde.

His climbing has got worse though by the look of it
  • Now the dust has settled over the worlds, it's back to the rider's daily jobs.
What a busy, reshuffled calendar week it is, as starting tomorrow there are three stage races and a one dayer in Belgium, with live coverage on GCN/Eurosport.

    We have:
The 33rd Danmark Rundt - Tour of Denmark.
    The 45th Vuelta a Burgos.
The 56th Tour du Limousin - Nouvelle Aquitaine.
The 57th Grote Prijs Jef Scherens.

None of the races have the best of fields, as a number of WT teams are taking the week off.
However all have about a half dozen squads turning up, albeit minus their star riders.

Burgos has Roglic, Adam Yates, Jay Vine, Vlasov, Kamna, Buitrago. Decent enough.

Demare on his first outing for Arkea in Belgium against De Lie.

Best sprinter wins a sprint in Burgos. Molano easily.
  • The 10th Arctic Race of Norway gets underway today, making the 5th stage race taking place this week. Live and on demand coverage, adding to viewing congestion.

Roglic unsurprisingly wins a small sprint after a climb, from Howson who did well, Yates and Vlasov.

Mads P brutalised the Queen stage of the Tour of Denmark today to create a victory for Skjelmose, coming in 2nd himself. They're now 1 and 2 on GC as well

  • Just been mentioned on Burgos coverage that for the first time, there will be live coverage of the whole of l’Avenir, not just the final two stages.

Lazkano takes the stage at Burgos from Buitrago from a break of 9 containing some big names that was allowed to stay away. Quite a tricky run in with numerous hairpins in the last km on a slope that wasn't really steep enough to slow them down.

That last hairpin slowed Roglic down.

Jakobsen takes the Tour of Denmark stage after a perfectly timed catch of the break. Bit of a weird leadout by Alpecin with their leadout rider nearly riding off the front.

Switched over for the end of the Artic Tour Of Norway and thought I was watching one of those amateur races within a pro race as I caught the finish 'sprint' won by Gazzoli for Astana in full winter kit sprinting on the hoods!

Have you seen how far north Hammerfest (what a great name) is? No wonder he was in winter kit.

Yeah, although recent editions of this race have been really warm if my mazy memory serves me right. It's unusual to see the winner of a race still be wrapped up like that though even in early spring races.

I'm looking forward to a cruise to those parts in November. Hammerfest sounds like a rock music festival, would be a far better name for Download.
