Because of the column or because it's not that good any more..?

I've remained a fan longer than most. Still re-watch the odd special on a plane or something but the recent ones are really not up to standard. I thought the Farm was great but there isn't 3 seasons worth of material there.

If he has the cash (and i struggle to see how he doesn't), it's time to go now.

One view would be it's a bit like Cav - if he can find someone to pay him for what he does why not keep doing it as long as he wants to. Men like Clarkson are , like bunch sprints, less front and centre in the modern age but it doesn't mean they can't still play a part and they can still profit from that as long as others will pay them.

Perhaps he could try and reinvent himself - though the feeling may be that the time for that has passed - even if he wanted to his value to those who hold the purse strings is only as a sprinter.

Oh woe his him with his trials and tribulations
Speaks of reconciliation and then sticks and twists the knife in.

    And I

Good to see Clarkson issue some weak apology statement ahead of being dropped by Amazon.

    Want to bet?

It’s more likely his contact with who wants to be a millionaire will come under review although termination is still a massive leap.As for Amazon, he’s far too popular with his fans and consequently the paying viewing Amazon customers. It’s not the bbc which is publically funded…..

Amazon have ended the deal with him once current commitments are complete.
    Amazon have made no comment.

Current contract has 2 years left.

Plenty of time to work up a new deal and 2 year old news is exactly that.
sounds like a great opening gambit for negotiations

There seems to be a spin-off film now in the cinema's about Meghan

    Looks a bit unforgiving.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Why would anyone buy the book when everything in it will get discussed at length in various media outlets?

I wonder if anyone is willing to challenge the "non-fiction" part?
I doubt it, but I wonder.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.
