It's more than 2 years. Almost nobody gets anything like full pay for year 0-1, and free hours once they're 3 don't kick in straight away, they wait for the next term to start for some reason.TheBigBean said:

It gets a lot cheaper per paid hour as well. Ratios go from 1-4 to 1-8. My central London nursery is £5.10/hour on top of a free 30 hours (for most people). I think that is pretty manageable.Jezyboy said:
