Why Sam? Why! Why do you want to go back to this?

He's turned his previous 1st places into 3rd this season, so with zero wins, it's no shock to me that he fails to make the Tour team.

Odd move for Dennis if it comes off?
I thought he didn't want the pressure of being a GC contender.
    Bit confused.
Salary increase is all I can think.

Seems odd, he looked to have settled in at Ineos after a turbulent season at Bahrain. Would have thought his role at JV would be similar to what he's doing at Ineos. Unless Ineos no longer feel they have a place for him (which would also be odd after his Giro performance last season) I don't see that one happening.
Indeed, I thought he was pinned on for le tour as well, but he is not in the lineup, maybe due to upcoming movements:

    Caparaz
    Castroviejo
    Geogheghan Hart
    Kwiatowski
    Porte
    Rowe
    Thomas
    Van Baarle

Thought Dunbar might have been on for a place with his recent performances.

I sometimes think agents encourage more churn in the transfer market for commission.

Although his pronunciations make Kirby look like Hatch.

I particularly like his "Geeee Thomas.....". Reeks of him using the nickname as he simply can't pronounce Geraint 🤣

This article would suggest not as much as he used to be: https://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/alexandre-vinokourov-was-fired-from-astana-then-re-instated-one-day-later-sports-director-divulges

*I don't believe this relates to now, it's 4 weeks old.

Thats been talked about for a few weeks. Vlasov would make an addition to the train. Must look at who he races against and think I can take the ££ and be like kwiatowski or struggle and be beasted by Vino or whichever Khazak/canadian is in charge. thats an intersting article about Vino being fired/reinstated

Sounds like a big clearout from Astana-PremierTech with Aranburu and the Izagirre brothers rumoured to all be joining Movistar.

That's all I need, I'm always confused who is at Movistar and who is at Astana (Lopez being the latest example).

    Castelli to Quick Step

Presumably not parting ways with Ineos?

There must be brands that supply to more than one team you would assume.

EDIT: It would seem they are leaving Ineos - wonder who they will partner with next then.
    *Altura apparently is the rumour.......
Personally I would like to see a company such as Ale, Dotout or Isadore, although appreciate that is highly unlikely.
