If a rich and otherwise healthy 42yo woman gets a cancer diagnosis today, what's the chance she gets full recovery?

Not knowing anything else I would say this is extremely high. 80%? 90%? 95% 99%?

Of course one can say "it depends on the type, and on the stage". But that we don't know (and absolutely fine with not knowing). Just based on the little we do know, what's the chance of full recovery?
